About Our Ingredients

What does “living ingredients” mean?

Living ingredients are botanicals, plant actives, and natural compounds that retain their biological intelligence — enzymes, vitamins, fatty acids, and phytonutrients in their most bioavailable form. Unlike synthetic or heavily processed ingredients, living ingredients are recognised and utilised by your skin’s own biology.

Are your products organic?

Our formulas are built on natural and premium organic ingredients, developed to professional-grade cosmetics standards. We prioritise certified organic sourcing wherever possible and are transparent about every ingredient in our products. We never use synthetic fillers, artificial fragrances, or harmful preservatives.

Are Valen Sey products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our Calm line is specifically formulated for sensitive and reactive skin, and all our products are developed with skin tolerance in mind. We recommend patch testing any new product before full application.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Valen Sey products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of development. Please refer to individual product pages for vegan status, as some formulas may include ethically sourced beeswax or honey derivatives.

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally to most countries worldwide. We fulfil orders from multiple warehouses — including a US-based fulfilment centre — to ensure faster delivery depending on your location.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location and the fulfilment centre your order ships from:

  • Lithuania & Baltic region: 2–4 business days
  • Europe: 3–7 business days
  • United States & Canada: 3–7 business days (US warehouse)
  • Rest of World: 7–21 business days

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Valen Sey experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

Can I return opened products?

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened skincare products unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please contact our team and we will do our best to assist you.
